Handling inquires regarding fitness equipment and classes. Calls types not limited to scheduling deliveries, cancel orders. placing orders, escalations accommodation, hardware troubleshooting.
Requirements:
• USB Hardwired Headset with phone quality audio required
• Service Partners MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully patched with no pending updates) on their computer
• Windows 8.1 is NOT supported

24/7 365 roadside assistance. Securing services for flat tire, key lockout, dead battery, towing, vehicle out of gas, and etc. Place outbound calls to service providers.
Requirements:
USB Drive 3.0 8GB or higher
Laptop or desktop that meets the system requirements.
Dual monitors recommended.
Top Performer:
This is a best fit opportunity for Service Partners who want to service from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET and/or 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET - as 50% of intervals offered fall in these drive time windows.

• Serve as an extension of ModivCare in helping connect individuals with the transportation needed to fulfill their medical needs.
• Interact with customers and providers, answering questions related to the appointment in question.
